This policy explains what information KarValu LLC collects, how we use it, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone, email, business name and address.
- Vehicle and claim information you enter into the software: VIN, mileage, condition, claim details and photos.
- Your clients' information you choose to enter, such as a vehicle owner's name and address. You are responsible for having the right to share it. We use it only to create your reports.
- Account and usage data: sign-ins, reports created and basic technical data such as browser type.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
- To provide the software and create the reports you ask for.
- To bill your subscription and give support.
- To keep the service secure and improve it.
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your data to train AI models without your consent.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run KarValu (hosting, database, payment and vehicle data providers), or when the law requires it. Vehicle data providers receive only what is needed for a lookup, such as the VIN.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your subscription is active. After you cancel, we keep it for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information. Email support@karvalu.com or call (513) 549-1019 and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The KarValu software uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers to protect your information.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell subscribers about material changes.
